## Quick answers (even pace, rounded to the nearest second)

- 5K in 25:00 = 5:00 per km = 8:03 per mile. 5K in 30:00 = 6:00 per km = 9:39 per mile.
- 10K in 50:00 = 5:00 per km = 8:03 per mile.
- Half marathon in 2:00:00 = 5:41 per km = 9:09 per mile.
- Marathon in 4:00:00 = 5:41 per km = 9:09 per mile. Marathon in 3:00:00 = 4:16 per km = 6:52 per mile (sub-3 needs 6:51 per mile or 4:15 per km).
- 8:00 per mile = 4:58 per km. Convert per mile to per km by dividing by 1.609344.
